49ers, Steelers talking Brandon Aiyuk trade, Niners want WR in return: Sources


49ers Want a Receiver in Return

The San Francisco 49ers and the Pittsburgh Steelers are talking about a possible trade for star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. Aiyuk is a really good player who caught a lot of passes last year. But he wants a new contract, and the 49ers don’t want to pay him more money.

Because of this, Aiyuk has said he wants to play for another team. The Steelers need help catching the ball, so they are interested in Aiyuk. But the 49ers want another good receiver in return.

Steelers Short on Trading Chips

The Steelers don’t have many good receivers to offer the 49ers. They lost another good receiver earlier this year. So, it’s hard for them to find a good player to trade for Aiyuk.

Both teams are still talking, but it’s not clear if they can agree on a deal. The 49ers want a good receiver, and the Steelers might not have one to give them.

We’ll have to wait and see if these two teams can make a deal.
